We use third-party tools (for example, Sentry) to collect information about Application crashes, performance, and other technical data, in order to diagnose problems and improve the stability and security of the service.

Personalization with Gemini AI

To offer a more personalized experience, the Application uses an artificial intelligence service called Gemini AI. Certain user data (such as your preferences or interactions in the Application) may be processed through this service with the sole purpose of generating recommendations and content tailored to you. However, we guarantee that your data is not used to train Google's models or those of other third parties; that is, your information does not feed external artificial intelligence systems beyond what is necessary to provide you with Keppli Finance's functionalities.

No advertising or external analytics purposes

Keppli Finance does not share your personal data with third parties for advertising, marketing, or external analysis purposes. This means that we do not provide your information to advertisers or analysis platforms outside of the internal services necessary for the operation of the Application.

In addition to the above, Keppli Finance may disclose personal user information if required by law or in the context of a legal process (for example, in response to a valid court order or government request), or if necessary to enforce our Terms of Service and protect the rights, property, or safety of Keppli Finance, our users, or others.

Data Security and Retention

Information Security

The security of your personal data is of utmost importance to Keppli Finance. We implement administrative, technical, and physical security measures to protect your information against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. These measures include advanced data encryption (both in transit and at rest), the use of firewalls and secure protocols, and periodic audits of our systems to detect and correct vulnerabilities. Likewise, only authorized and properly trained personnel can access your personal data, under strict confidentiality agreements.

Data Retention

Keppli Finance will retain your personal data only for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes described in this Policy or as required by law. In general, we will keep your information as long as you have an active account and use the Application. If you request the deletion of your personal data (or close your account), we will process your request as soon as possible. First, we will disable your data in our systems so that it is not accessible; subsequently, we will carry out its permanent deletion within a period of approximately 2 to 6 months. This period allows us to comply with administrative and security procedures (for example, backup management and deletion verification) before final deletion. Please note that, in some cases, we may need to retain certain data for a longer period if required by legal or regulatory obligations (for example, tax or fraud prevention obligations); however, such data will be kept blocked and secure and will only be used to comply with those obligations, before being deleted.

Access

You can request confirmation of whether we are processing your personal data and obtain a copy of this information in a commonly used format. This right allows you to know and verify the personal data we have collected about you.

If any of your personal data is incorrect or outdated, you have the right to request its correction or update, and Keppli Finance will correct this information without undue delay.

Deletion

Also known as the right to be forgotten, it allows you to request the deletion of your personal data when, among other reasons, the information is no longer necessary for the purposes for which it was collected. Unless there is a legal obligation that prevents us, we will address your request and delete your personal data from our active records.

In certain circumstances, you may request that we restrict the processing of your personal data (for example, while a claim about the accuracy of your data is being resolved). Minors

The Keppli Finance Application is intended exclusively for users over 18 years of age. The creation of accounts or the use of our services by persons under 18 years of age is not permitted. Consequently, we do not deliberately collect personal information from anyone who has not reached that age. If we become aware that a person under 18 has provided personal data or is using Keppli Finance, we will take steps to delete the collected information and disable the associated account, in accordance with applicable data protection laws.

Policy Changes

Keppli Finance may periodically update this Privacy Policy to reflect changes in our practices, technological advances, or legal changes. In the event of significant changes, we will notify users through a notice within the Application and/or by sending an email to the address registered in your account. This notification will be made well in advance, before the new provisions take effect. We recommend reviewing this Policy from time to time to stay informed about how we protect your information.
